Professor Lee Harvey is Director of the Centre for Research and Evaluation at Sheffield Hallam University, UK; Chair of EAIR, the European Higher Education Society; a member of the Board of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education; and Editor of Quality in Higher Education. He has published widely on higher education policy and practice, has acted as a consultant in many countries and frequently presents at international conferences.
