Dr Manja Klemenčič is an independent researcher in Slovenia. She has held fellowship positions at Harvard’s Center for European Studies and School of Government, at the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels, and at the Boston College Center for International Higher Education. She holds a PhD (2006) from the Centre for International Studies, University of Cambridge.
