Elisabeth Westphal is policy advisor for the Bologna process, higher education in Europe and teaching at Universities Austria, where she has been working for a couple of years. Some of her fields of activity are the implementation of bachelor, master and doctorate, life long learning and qualification frameworks. She has held a number of positions in the fields of art and research, including at the Austrian National Library and the Austrian Academy of Sciences. She studied history and English and holds a degree from the University of Vienna.
