Dominic Orr, HIS GmbH, is the international project leader for EUROSTUDENT and was recently co-editor of the Eurostat/EUROSTUDENT publication “The Bologna process in Higher Education in Europe – Key indicators on the social dimension and mobility”. His specialist areas of interest are comparative studies on higher education, funding and quality assurance, and social dimensions of European higher education reform.
