Dr. Claus Nygaard is Professor in Management Education at CBS Learning Lab, Copenhagen Business School. He works professionally with research and practices related to quality enhancement. He has been a driving force behind the formulation of CBS’ Learning Strategy. He is also director and co-founder of the international academic association, LIHE (Learning in Higher Education). He has published several journal articles and anthologies on Quality in Higher Education.
