John O’Connor is a Development Officer with the National Qualifications Authority of Ireland. The
NQAI is responsible for the development and implementation of a National Framework of Qualifications. It was designated as the National Coordination Point (NCP) to manage the referencing of the Irish National Framework of Qualifications to the European Qualifications Framework. The NQAI also hosts the Irish National Europass Center.
