Dr Bryan Maguire is Director of Academic Affairs at the Higher Education and Training Awards Council, Ireland. A graduate of University College, Dublin and the University of California, San Francisco, he previously lectured in psychology and held management positions at the University of Wales, Bangor and Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Ireland.
