Robin Farquhar is Professor Emeritus of Public Policy and Administration and former President at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He previously served as President at The University of Winnipeg. Dr. Farquhar is a member of the pool of peer reviewers for the EUA Institutional Evaluation Programme and was on the international Advisory Committee for the Salzburg Seminar’s Universities Project.
