Sylvain Collonge holds a PhD in telecommunications. Since the beginning of his doctorate, he has been deeply involved in early-stage researcher associations and, as chair of the French Confederation of the early-stage researchers (CJC), in 2004 he contributed to establishing a professional approach to the doctorate. He is currently assistant professor in management sciences at UPMC and works in the Institute of Doctoral Training and the Maison des Ecoles Doctorales.
