Harald Scheuthle is a graduate of Konstanz University, Germany, and Rutgers University, USA. He worked as the assistant coordinator at Greifswald University, Germany, of the Implementing Bologna Reforms network in the first round of the EUA Quality Culture Project. He worked as project officer at EUA in the quality assurance policy and institutional development team. He now works for Evaluationsagentur Baden-Württemberg (evalag), Germany.
