Camelia Moraru is a teaching assistant at the faculty of European Studies at the Babeş-Bolyai University (BBU) and an expert at the Centre for University Development at BBU, which undertakes analyses and studies for the BBU Academic Council. She holds a BA and MD in Educational Psychology from the same university and she is currently doing her PhD at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. She is conducting research on higher education system change, institutional evaluation and development, and the evaluation of students’ research competencies in a multidisciplinary team. She was member of the team that elaborated the BBU Strategic Plan 2004/2007. She is co-editor of the DRC Newsletter and of the Journal of University Development and Academic Management, published by Center for University Development.
