Michel Feutrie is President of EUCEN. Until very recently he was Vice-President of the University of Lille I in charge of continuing education, and was also executive director of the Commission Nationale de la Certification Professionnelle, responsible for the National Qualifications Framework and of the creation of a national repertory of qualifications in France. He has a long and well-established experience in university lifelong learning and in the validation of non-formal and informal learning.
